Having Linda as my PT is, hands down, the best thing I've done on my fitness journey. And it's been a long, pretty fruitless journey. The usual, gym 4 times a week, 3 sets of 12, for 30 years. For little result.
Cue Linda 😂....3 times a week, no nonsense, brilliant range of HIIT work. Results in 1 month: I've massively increased my lifting weight and dropped 10 inches...in 4 weeks.
Always great fun. Always hard work. Always leave the session totally buzzing. If in doubt, do it. You'll never look back. Even just a couple of sessions, you'll gain so much knowledge to take away to forge your own gym plan. Did I mention I've lost 10 inches in 4 weeks 😁🙌
